Our bodysuits are made from premium 4-way-stretch white spandex, and the artwork is printed directly onto the fabric using high-resolution dye-sublimation. This technique makes every design sharp, vibrant, and fully integrated into the suit itself.
Dye-sublimation is a printing method where solid dye is heated until it bonds with the fabric’s fibers. No messy layers, no peeling, no cracking. The color actually becomes part of the material, which is why it stays bright, smooth, and flexible no matter how much you stretch or move.
For this kind of costume, everything starts with white 4-way-stretch spandex fabric. The design is printed onto special transfer paper, then pressed onto the fabric with heat and pressure. The dye sinks into the fibers, then cools and becomes solid again, locked into the suit.
